ILR HR Studies Associate Professor's Paper wins Academy of Management award

JR Keller, Associate Professor, Human Resource Studies and Associate Director of Research & Corporate Outreach, ILR WIDE's paper “My Manager Moved! Manager Mobility and Subordinates’ Career Outcomes" has been awarded Winner of the Best Published Paper category of the Careers Division of Academy of Management for 2023. The Committee for the award this year comprised Scott Seibert as Chair, along with Julia Richardson, Bert Schreurs and Beatrice Van der Heijden.
